The pages on keelerusa.com and accutome.com (‘the Websites’) are published by Keeler USA, DBA of Accutome, Inc.. (‘Keeler’ or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation doing business at 3222 Phoenixville Pike, Building 50, Malvern, PA 19355. Keeler is a wholly owned subsidiary of Halma plc, a company registered in England and Wales, with company registration number 00040932, and whose registered address is: Halma plc, Misbourne Court, Rectory Way, Amersham, Bucks HP7 0DE.
We own and operate the Keeler USA and Accutome Websites. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal data is collected, used, shared, and secured, as well as your related choices regarding use, access and correction from your visiting or making a purchase from the Websites . Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
The Information Collected and How It Is Used
Keeler will not collect any information about individuals, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by them. As is true with most Websites, when you visit keelerusa.com, Keeler’s web server collects some basic information such as your browser type, IP address, internet service provider’s domain name, the individual web pages or products that you view, the Websites or search terms which referred you to the Websites, and information about how you interact with the Websites. Keeler uses this information to provide you with and maintain the quality of the Websites and to analyze the use of the Websites to help guide improvements. Personally identifiable information is not automatically collected. Keeler does have the capability to link some of the automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information that was specifically and knowingly provided by the user. This allows Keeler to deliver a better experience by reducing the amount of data to be entered when filling out forms, downloading gated content, etc.
If you wish to download resources (i.e. Case Study), register for a Keeler event (i.e. Webinar), complete a web form (i.e. Request a Demo), or purchase accessories from Keeler’s online store, you will be required to provide personally identifiable information such as your name, company information, email address, phone number, or billing information. This information will be stored securely by Keeler. The information will not be used for anything other than its intended purpose.
Third-Party Sites
The Websites may contain links to other Websites operated by third parties. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to the personal information that Keeler collects through the Websites and Keeler cannot be responsible for personal information that third parties may collect, store and use through their respective Websites. Keeler has implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. What kind of personal data do we collect about you?
We may collect and process the following data about you:

HubSpot, Keeler’s marketing automation and analytics provider, use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts, to analyze trends, administer the Websites, document users’ movements around the Websites, and to gather demographic information about the Websites’s user base as a whole. Keeler may receive reports or alerts based on the use of these technologies on an individual and aggregated basis.
Targeted Advertising
Keeler partners with a third-party ad network to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partner uses cookies and web beacons to collect non-personal information about your activities on the Websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. Shopify
Keeler uses Shopify to power our online store. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Websites, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. Keeler uses the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Websites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
